Purpose of this Form:
This application allows the LCLC Board of Directors (BOD) to follow a structured process for reviewing and selecting Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions for the upcoming season.
Prior coaching or volunteer experience is not required.
Before being appointed, applicants must:
Submit a completed application.
Consent to a background check or investigation.
Interview with the LCLC BOD.
Instructions:
Complete all sections of this application.
Applications will not be considered until fully submitted and approved by the BOD.
By coaching, you agree to follow all rules and regulations set by the LCLC BOD.
Failure to comply with rules may result in termination.
